Brief Introduction of Vacuum fryer
It is used for frying food or moisture adjustment by regulation of oil temperature.
Using oil by vacuum fryer for drying is the most common used drying method in modern industry.
Compared with other drying methods, vacuum frying makes it easier to maintain natural colors and flavors of the finished product in the shortest time.
The advantages of using vacuum fryer
